When you were born, your parents gifted you a name. This name was taken from you by the Government, unlawfully. You can now RECLAIM YOUR NAME by submitting your application to Common Law Australia.

As this LEGAL FICTION was created unlawfully, Common Law Australia will confirm that ownership of the LEGAL FICTION has been reclaimed by you. This information will be recorded with the Common Law Australia in ‘The Book of Deeds,’ for preservation.

An application for OWNERSHIP OF THE FICTITIOUS NAME will only be accepted if you have already confirmed your birth under common law, this can be confirmed by recording your details under the Birth Certificate section.

For Property Owners, the Common Law Australia is now recording Ownership and Title Deeds for land and/or property in the ‘Register of Deeds’.

As it stands just now, all land and property is registered with the State statutory authorities. All land and property is currently owned by the unlawful political party corporate government, and associated claims from corporate entities are attached to the Deeds.

Under Common Law you also have the right to record ownership of any land and/or property in the ‘Book of Deeds’ for preservation. By submitting this record of ‘Ownership & Title Deeds’ you are transferring authority from the statutory system, to a Common Law System and from the legal fiction/entity to the man and/or woman.

Any man or woman can submit a record in this category, provided that they have recorded their birth with the Common Law Australia, obtained ownership of the Fictitious Name and have submitted the relevant sales declaration.
